It's a guided reset for your digestive system and overall wellbeing. Over time, your body accumulates toxins (called ama) from diet, stress, and environment. This detox uses oleation (ghee and oils) to gently loosen those toxins, then helps your body eliminate them naturally. You'll eat simple, nourishing mono-diet meals and follow a daily routine. It's not a fast or deprivation — it's about giving your body a break so it can heal.
Yes! The detox is designed to be done at home while you continue your normal life. That said, the first few days can feel more intense as your body adjusts — which is why we start on a Thursday, so those days fall on the weekend when you can rest.
No prior experience needed. You'll start with a screening call and then a full 1:1 Ayurvedic consultation with Dimple to assess your constitution and customize the program — whether you're brand new to Ayurveda or have been practicing for years.

That's what the screening call is for. If Dimple feels the group detox isn't right for you — whether for health reasons or timing — she'll let you know honestly. She may recommend an individual program or consultation instead.
The daily Zoom call is 30–45 minutes at 6pm Mountain Time. Beyond that, you'll spend some time preparing simple meals and following your daily routine. Most people find the structure actually simplifies their day since you're eating the same nourishing meals throughout.
Every participant gets a full 1:1 Ayurvedic consultation with Dimple ($175 value) — something you won't find in most group programs. That means the detox is customized for your body, not just a generic protocol. Add daily group Zoom support, a WhatsApp community, and Dimple's 10+ years of experience, and you're getting truly personalized care.
A 50% deposit is required at booking to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due at the time of your consultation. After the consultation, the program fee is non-refundable — but if a genuine emergency arises, Dimple will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling isn't possible, a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of the consultation and any materials already provided. You can read the full policy here.
