This policy applies to all new bookings made after signing. Existing bookings made prior to signing will be honored under their original terms.

Overview

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book, we prepare the treatment room, warm the oils specific to your constitution, and clear the schedule to give you our full attention. This policy ensures we can serve all our clients effectively while honoring your commitment to your health.

Your booking is confirmed when your payment or deposit is received.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Text us at (505) 302-5360 or email dimple@ayurbalancellc.com. Please include your name and appointment date.

If you text or email outside business hours, your cancellation time will be based on when you sent the message, not when we read it.

Consultations & Individual Treatments

(Wellness Consultations, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Kati Basti, CST, Rossiter Stretching, and other individual treatments)

Rejuvenation Programs

Rejuvenation is a 3-day program completed on consecutive days, with 2+ hours reserved each day exclusively for you. Full payment is required at booking.

Panchakarma & Home Cleanse Programs

These programs begin with an initial consultation, followed by at-home preparation and then in-office treatments.

How These Programs Work

After your initial consultation, you'll receive customized herbs, oils, ghee, nasya, and other preparations to begin your at-home preparation. For Home Cleanse programs, Dimple provides daily check-ins (individual or group) throughout the process. For Panchakarma, Dimple also reserves five full days (3+ hours each) exclusively for your in-office treatments the following week. Because of this level of preparation and scheduling commitment, no refunds are available once the consultation is completed.

Cancellation

Stopping Mid-Program or Unable to Start

(Applies to Rejuvenation, Panchakarma, and Home Cleanse programs)

If a genuine emergency arises after your program has begun — or after your consultation for PK/Home Cleanse — Dimple will work with you to reschedule your remaining treatments to new dates that work for both of you. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued minus the cost of the consultation and any materials already provided to you. No refunds are available beyond this. Documentation may be requested for emergencies (e.g., ER visit, hospitalization, positive test result).

All clients are required to provide a credit card on file at time of booking, as detailed in the separate Card on File Authorization you'll sign when booking. This card will only be charged for:

Note: We understand life gets busy, but we're unable to waive fees for scheduling conflicts or forgotten appointments.

For Panchakarma and Home Cleanse programs, refunds are not available after the consultation — but we will always work with you to reschedule when possible. See Stopping Mid-Program above.

If you believe an exception should apply to your situation, please reach out. We're committed to working with you in good faith.

First-Time Grace

If this is your first late cancellation or no-show for an individual consultation or treatment, we will waive the fee as a one-time courtesy and provide a reminder of our policy. The full policy will apply to any future occurrences. This grace does not apply to Rejuvenation, Panchakarma, or Home Cleanse programs, which follow their own cancellation terms above.

Repeat Cancellations

If a client has two or more late cancellations or no-shows within a 12-month period:

Why This Policy Exists

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book, we prepare the treatment room, warm the oils specific to your constitution, and clear the schedule to give you our full attention. A last-minute cancellation means that time cannot be offered to another person who may need care.

Multi-day programs require even more preparation — for Rejuvenation, we reserve 2+ hours on three consecutive days; for Panchakarma, we order herbs and oils specifically for you and block 3+ hours daily for a full week. Last-minute changes significantly impact our ability to serve you and others.

We deeply value our relationship with each client and will always work with you during genuine emergencies.

Policy Updates

AyurBalance may update this policy from time to time. Active clients will receive at least 30 days written notice before any changes take effect.

Questions or Concerns

If you have a concern about a fee or charge, please reach out to us directly — we're happy to talk it through. If we're unable to resolve things together, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
